Glen Ivy Hot Springs is thrilled to announce our special event for guests this year! The Last Luau, happening September 27th, 2025, during our evening session from 4 PM to 9 PM!
Luau Hors d’Oeuvres at the Lap Pool
4:00–5:30pm
Chicken Skewers Glazed with Teriyaki
- Bite-sized, grilled in advance and finished with warm glaze
Tropical Fruit Skewers
- Fresh chunks of papaya, pineapple, and mango on skewers, garnished with lime zest or tajín option on the side (V, GF, DF)
Veggie Lumpias
- Filipino-style spring rolls with carrot, cabbage, and sweet chili dipping sauce (Vegan)
Watermelon Gazpacho with Lime Crema
- Chilled shooter-style cups; refreshing and palate-cleansing (GF, V option available)
