Music and lights, cocktails and friends, arts and entertainment specialists….. We’ve got so much going on here at Glen Ivy to put a smile on your face. This is wellbeing like you’ve never experienced before….. And it just gets better and better!

Our summer Twilight Program is jam-packed with live acts and DJ nights raising the tempo by the pool as the sun sets behind the mountains.

We’re open until 9pm on Thursdays through Saturdays, May 3 through October 27.

From June 24 through September 30, we will offer Twilight hours on Sundays as well.


We offer at least three daily exercise classes to help you boost your fitness – from our always-popular Aqua Zumba and Aqua Fit classes in the lap pool to Tai Chi and yoga on the Activities Deck. We also hold gong and sound meditations, the perfect way to calm your soul. Keep your eyes open for special activities taking place throughout the resort. Ask about our Sudsy Mud!

Meg Root

Meg has over 25 years of experience as a fitness instructor in the spa industry and finds joy in making fitness fun and accessible to everyone. Her passion is to help each person find a path to fitness and wellness that enhances their daily life.

Pam Shults

Pam is a Certified RYT500 Yoga Instructor honored by The National Yoga Alliance. She has taught yoga for 24 years, studying at the Dallas Yoga Center and participating in a three year study on “The Effects of Yoga on Cancer Survivors Sleep Patterns”.

Lorelei Sprott

With over 40 years in the industry, Lorelei has created Aqua-Tone, which incorporates Hydrodynamics, specially designed Hydro-tone Bells and the natural resistance of water, to create an exclusive method taught only at Glen Ivy.

Laura Dunn

Laura teaches Aqua Fitness using simple exercises in the water combined with breathing, relaxation, and stretching. She mixes upbeat rhythms, appropriate water movements, and basic yoga stretches in many of her classes.


Nadia Malek

As a fitness professional of 23 years, Nadia has always been inspired to help others find success and joy along their path to a healthy life style. She is a certified group fitness instructor and a personal trainer, teaching Zumba, Aquatics, Yoga, and Pilates.

Sonia Dabbaghian

Sonia is a certified instructor for a variety of classes including Zumba, strength, spin and Aqua Zumba. Sonia loves to make a difference in every individual she comes across, making exercise fun and enjoyable.

Kiyomi Kajiyama

Kiyomi has been practicing Qigong & Meditation since 2003. Kiyomi is a Certified Qigong Instructor, Certified AromaTouch Bodyworker, Qigong Energy Healer and Essential Oils Teacher.

Craig Phillips

With over 30 years of experience, Craig brings passion and a sense of fun to the Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga classes that he teaches at Glen Ivy. His easy-going style makes for a enjoyable and relaxing experience.
