Class starts with guided sitting meditation including visuals where we focus on an area that needs extra support (pain, symptoms, ailment, etc.). Then we stand up & practice walking meditation with Qigong. This is mindful walking with an emphasis of learning how to be grounded & to improve balance. After the students practice this type of walking, we add simple Qigong moves while we step. We complete this segment with freestyle Wuji (walking meditation with Qigong, kind of like interpretive dance).The beginning, middle & end of the class will have brief sound healing for the heart.
