Glen Ivy Hot Springs Response to COVID-19 Glen Ivy Hot Springs Response to COVID-19 Header Graphic

Dear Glen Ivy Hot Springs guest,

As you know, the news on COVID-19 is changing on a daily basis however it appears that as a society we will continue to maintain some level of self-quarantine for several weeks to come. With this in mind, we want to let you know that as of now, we believe Glen Ivy Hot Springs will remain closed throughout the month of April 2020.

At present, it is our intention to re-open our doors on May 1, 2020. If you have a reservation in April, we will be contacting you to confirm that reservation has been cancelled. Reservations beyond May 1 will remain on the books however we will be refunding all deposits made in association with those reservations. Whatever your financial circumstances, we recognize we are all in this together.

Please visit our website for further updates and follow us on social media or visit our blog for more tips to enhance your wellness regime at home. Central Reservations will be closed as well so if you are looking for future reservations, please book online. For those of you asking, yes, we will be running our 160th Anniversary Gift Card Sale online for Mother’s Day. We know that when this is over, there will be no better gift than a day of wellness and relaxation at Glen Ivy Hot Springs.

Throughout this time, the safety and health of our guests and our dedicated employees remains of the utmost importance to us.  As far as we know, none of our employees have been exposed to COVID-19 and we have had no reports of any of our guests being exposed or tested for the virus.

We wish you good health and a safe few weeks and we look forward to seeing you again in the future.

All the best,

Christopher Scheel
