What is the HydraFacial?

HydraFacial

Every 15 seconds, somewhere in the world, a HydraFacial treatment is performed. But what is this facial treatment and why is it so popular? Keep reading to find out everything you need to know about how this innovative facial works and how it benefits the skin.

HydraFacial is a soothing, refreshing, hydrating and non-irritating service that offers visible results with no downtime. HydraFacials are customized to address your specific skin concern, targeting every skin condition from wrinkles and fine lines to dehydrated skin, uneven skin tone, hyper-pigmentation, sun damage, brown spots, enlarged pores, congested pores, blemishes and oily-prone skin.

HydraFacial is a three-step process:

  1. Cleansing: Dead skin cells, oil, and dirt are gently removed from the skin, leaving a new and clean layer.
  2. Exfoliation: Dirt and debris are painlessly suctioned from pores to remove impurities using the HydraPeel Tip, a pen-like device.
  3. Hydration: The skin is infused with nourishing serums to hydrate the skin and leave the perfect glow.

In HydraFacial treatments, LED light therapy, serum application, and suction strength are customized to each guest. Red and blue LED light therapy stimulates collagen for a healthy glow. Red LED light treats wrinkles, sun damage, and scars, while blue LED light is used on skin blemishes and clogged pores. Our estheticians are expertly trained to carefully select the right LED light therapy, serums and suction level based on your skin type and skin goals.

At Glen Ivy, the 80-minute service incorporates lymphatic drainage and the choice of an eye or lip perk treatment to hydrate and plump some of the most delicate areas of the face.

The HydraFacial is ideal and beneficial for all skin types with treatments customized to address your specific skin concern whether it be a deep cleanse, brightening, or diminishing fine lines and wrinkles. HydraFacial treatments are now available at Glen Ivy Hot Springs. For more information and to book your own treatment, call 888-453-6489.
