Here at Glen Ivy Spa we hope that you are happy with your purchase. But, if you are not satisfied with your online order purchase, you may return it by mail or you may return or exchange your purchase in our Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa (Corona location) within 30 days of the date received for a full refund with original receipt only, and written reason for return.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Return Policy does not apply to Glen Ivy Gift Cards and Gift Certificates, which are non refundable.
