Reservations
We recommend that you make reservations for treatment appointments, Cabaña rentals, and all other special requests at least 3-4 weeks in advance by calling our Central Reservations at 1-888-GLEN IVY, (1-888-453-6489). They are available daily to receive calls Monday-Friday between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm and Saturday-Sunday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm PST. A credit card is required to confirm appointments at the time of booking. Credit cards will not be charged in advance. Credit cards will only be charged in the case of a late cancellation or no-show. Health Concerns
Some spa services may not be suitable for you if you have certain health issues. Please discuss with staff at the time of booking so we may help you make appropriate choices.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep your appointment and need to cancel and/or reschedule, please call 1-888-GLEN-IVY (1-888-453-6489) before 5pm the day prior to your scheduled appointment. Those calling later than 5pm the day before or do not show for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
Check-In
Please arrive at the Hot Springs at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment. You’ll need time to check in at Guest Services, stow your belongings in the bath house and take a few minutes to settle in before your treatment. Please know you may lose your appointment if you do not check in at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. As a courtesy to each scheduled guest, our treatments begin and end on time.
