Before You Arrive
Remind yourself that you do, indeed, deserve such a trip. In fact, if it helps, say you are actually enhancing your “productivity” by taking time to rejuvenate the soul.
Remember that Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa is open all year round (except Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day). During the summer, you’ll find people soaking in the sun, floating in the pools and having fun with friends. During the cooler months, there are usually fewer guests moving at a slower pace, enjoying the warm pools and saunas.
Call ahead for reservations. We highly recommend calling 3-4 weeks in advance to reserve treatments. Holidays like Mother’s Day tend to be the busiest times, so plan ahead. Our central reservations line is 1-888-GLEN IVY (1-888-453-6489) and open daily 7:30 am – 6 pm PST.
Schedule spa services with plenty of time in between. Feel free to ask a reservations agent for help in scheduling your day. Taking time after one spa appointment will allow you to relax before the next one. We like to suggest that you arrive at least 1 hour early. Appointments cannot run overtime even if you arrive late because we must allow the next guest to enjoy their treatment as scheduled.
If it’s your first visit, let us know. When you call for reservations, just tell us if it’s your first time and one of our consultants will be happy to talk to you about our various treatments and what to expect. Before you call, take a look around our website to get a better idea of the day that awaits you!
Make us aware of health issues you may have. We can make certain accommodations and plan treatments according to health concerns or limitations. If you need special assistance during your visit, please bring someone with you who can be with you at all times. Glen Ivy policy prohibits employees from helping guests in and out of wheelchairs.
