What kind of payment types do you accept?
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards, Gift Cards, and Admission and/or Service Vouchers.
 Identification is verified for all credit card transactions, so please remember to bring a photo ID.
• Glen Ivy Gift Cards are redeemable at Glen Ivy Hot Springs, Corona and do not expire. Glen Ivy Gift Cards are not refundable and are not transferable.
• Gift card, certificate or admission and/or service vouchers must be presented at the time of use.
• Please check admission and service vouchers for location use and expiration date. The expiration date may not be extended or location designation transferred on donation/auctioned admission and/or service vouchers.
• Gift card, certificate or admission and/or service vouchers must be presented at the time of use.

How do I make a reservation?
We recommend that you make reservations for treatments and all other special requests at least 3-4 weeks in advance by scheduling an appointment online or by calling 1-888-GLEN IVY (1-888-453-6489). A credit card number is required to hold appointments, when booking online your credit card will be charged to hold your reservations, if you are booking over the phone your account will not be charged. You may use a different form of payment upon your arrival.

Our Reservations Agents are available to receive calls:
Monday-Friday from 7:30am-5:00pm PT
Saturday-Sunday from 8:00am-4:00pm PT
Our Reservations office is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.

Central Reservations may on rare occasion close early for weather or other appropriate considerations and we thank you for your understanding and support.

Do you have an age limit?
Glen Ivy welcomes guests 16 years and older. Spa treatments, including but not limited to massages, body treatments, facials, nail services and waxings are all available for guests 18 years and older. Parental supervision of the same gender for admission AND spa treatments is required for guests 16 or 17 years of age.

What is your cancellation policy?
Time with our service providers is reserved especially for you upon making your reservation, so we ask that you give us notice by 4 PM the day prior to your appointment to reschedule or cancel your services. Missed appointments, last minute changes, and cancellations made after 4 PM the day prior to your appointment will be billed at the full treatment rate. Please call 1-888-GLEN-IVY (1-888-453-6489) and speak with an agent directly to cancel or to reschedule your service.

What if I’m late for my appointment?
We encourage our guests to arrive at the spa at least an hour prior to their treatment times in order to check in and change in the Bath House. Arriving late to your service will impact the length of your treatment, and out of consideration for the next guest’s appointment, your service will end at the time originally scheduled. The value of your full treatment will be applied.

Is admission included in the treatment price?
Taking the Waters admission to Glen Ivy Hot Springs is separate from treatment prices. With Taking the Waters you’ll receive parking, use of all pools, saunas, steam rooms, Roman Baths, Club Mud ,lockers, amenities and JoyFitness classes.

What can I expect at check-in?
Plan to arrive at the Spa one hour prior to your treatment time and check-in no later than 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. Please give yourself ample time for check-in since wait times can vary, especially on the weekends. As a courtesy to the next scheduled guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of the time it begins.

Can I bring my phone or tablet?
To preserve the Spa’s tranquil environment, we respectfully request that you leave all electronic devices turned off.  We encourage a digital detox while at Glen Ivy and therefore we do not provide WiFi.

What To Wear?
In consideration of all Glen Ivy’s guests,  we ask that when choosing a bathing suit Glen Ivy encourages comfort and stylish attire. Please take in consideration that a  “minimal” style bathing suit such as Brazilian Bottoms or Thong may cause offense to others.

Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times while in the general access areas of the Spa.  We’ve also put together a printable Glen Ivy Essentials Packing List for your convenience.

Should I bring my own robe?
You are more than welcome to bring your own robe, however we do have robes for rent in the Bath House. Renting a robe at Glen Ivy can be done easily and it is $15.

Eating and Drinking:
Try not to eat for at least an hour before a treatment and avoid the consumption of alcohol on the day of a treatment. Also remember to drink plenty of water before and afterward. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in treatment buildings, retail areas or the front desk area. Outside food and drink are not permitted anywhere on property with the exception of unopened bottles of water.

What am I not allowed to bring in?

What if I have health concerns or I am pregnant?
Some spa services may not be suitable if you have health issues or if you are pregnant. Please note a New Mum Massage is available only for guests currently in their second and third trimesters (14 weeks or later). Expecting mothers in the first trimester (Week 1 thru Week 13) may receive nail and skincare services up to 50 minutes in length. Please consult your physician if you have questions or concerns.

We strongly discourage heating your core temperature above 100 degrees.

According to the Organization of Teratology Information Services (OTIS), a body temperature of 101º F and above can raise concerns during pregnancy.

What is your smoking policy?
Glen Ivy is a smoke free and drug free facility. We prohibit the use of smoking tobacco products (including cigarettes, cigars, pipes and e-cigarettes). Smoking is prohibited anywhere on Glen Ivy property.

How do I communicate with my service provider during my service?
It is fine to carry on a conversation with your therapist during a massage, although most guests find that silence enhances the tranquility. Please give your therapist some feedback about the amount of pressure or areas of your body that need special attention.

Is gratuity included with the cost of my service?
Gratuity is not included in the price of a treatment unless otherwise stated. If your spa experience was a positive one (and please let us know if it wasn’t) it is customary to tip your service provider.

Safety:
We make it a priority to provide a comfortable, relaxing and safe experience for all our guests. Please abide by all Glen Ivy policies, safety warnings and notices. We have short-term first aid available, which any spa attendant can assist with. Glen Ivy policy prohibits employees from assisting guests in and out of wheelchairs. Guests who require special assistance should personally be accompanied at all times during their stay or services. Weapons of any type are not permitted on property at any time.

What happens if I lose an item while I am at Glen Ivy?
Glen Ivy is not responsible for lost or stolen items. if you seemed to have misplaced an item on your visit please contact our Lost and Found at (951) 277-3529 ext. 1058. If your item is found we will gladly ship it back to you for for a shipping fee or you may come into the spa to pick it up.

Do you offer any group discounts?
If you’d like to arrange a day at any Glen Ivy for a group, please contact our Cabaña & Group Sales Coordinator at Cabana.Concierge@glenivy.com and we will gladly help you plan your day. The Cabañas on Solé Terrace are great for groups from 2-100 and perfect for casual get-togethers with friends, family and co-workers, and celebrations including birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, anniversaries or just because!

Glen Ivy Hot Springs Service Animal Policy:

      • Trained service animals are welcome in most locations throughout the spa.
      • All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness and be under the control of a member of the Guest’s party at all times.
      • Guests with service animals should follow the same entrance procedures as described for Guests using wheelchairs.
      • Glen Ivy Staff Members are not permitted to monitor or care for service animals.
      • All Service Animal Relief Areas are located in the parking lot. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their service animals.
      • At Glen Ivy Hot Springs, trained service animals may enter pool deck areas, but are prohibited from entering pools and spas.
      • Guests should be advised that their service animal should remain clear of the wet pool deck area (approximately four feet from the water’s edge) to avoid any potential health and safety concerns.
