Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues and fascia that covers the body. Yin Yoga classes consist of long-held passive floor poses that mainly work on the lower part of the body (hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine). Pam has emphasized that this class is great for all ages, and fitness levels, especially those who may be intimidated by a traditional yoga class.
