All Glen Ivy Spas are closed Easter, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

CENTRAL RESERVATION HOURS
Call 1-888-GLEN IVY (1-888-453-6489) for reservations or gift card/product orders. A credit card number is required to hold appointments, but your account will not be charged.  You may use a different form of payment upon your arrival.

Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Easter Sunday.

RATES

Refer to Spa Services for rates of services, which includes full use of the spa facilities. Guests wishing to use the Spa without a spa treatment may do so for $25 a day. You must have an appointment to enter the facilities Friday – Sunday. Spa admission only will not be offered during these days.Rates are subject to change without notice.

The price of your treatment does not include gratuity. If your experience was a positive one (and please let us know if it wasn’t), it is customary to tip your Service Provider.

Treatment prices are subject to change.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards, Gift Cards, and Admission and/or Service Vouchers. We do not accept 3rd party payments except for Simon gift cards at the Brea Mall.

Glen Ivy gift cards are redeemable at all Glen Ivy locations, are transferable, and do not expire. Glen Ivy Gift Cards are not refundable.

Gift card, certificate or admission and/or service vouchers must be presented at the time of use.

Please check admission and service vouchers for location use. The expiration date may not be extended or location designation transferred on donation/auctioned admission and/or service vouchers.

POLICIES

Reservations
We recommend that you make reservations for treatment appointments and all other special requests at least 3-4 weeks in advance by calling our Central Reservations at 1-888-GLEN IVY, (1-888-453-6489). They are available daily to receive calls Monday-Friday between 7:30 am & 6:00 pm & Saturday-Sunday between 8:00 am & 5:00 pm PST. A credit card is required to confirm appointments at the time of booking.  Credit cards will not be charged in advance.

Cancellations
If you are unable to keep your appointment and need to cancel and/or reschedule, please call 1-888-GLEN-IVY (1-888-453-6489) before 5pm the day prior to your scheduled appointment.  Those calling later than 5pm the day before or do not show for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

Admissions
Glen Ivy Day Spas limit admission to guests 16 years and older. Massages, body treatments, facials, nail services and waxings are all available for guests 18 years and older. Minors should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
