1.       Is my Glen Ivy Gift Card or Instant Gift Certificate refundable?
No, Glen Ivy Gift Cards & Instant Gift Certificates cannot be refunded to the purchaser or the recipient, regardless of circumstance.  However, your Glen Ivy Gift Card will never expire or lose value, so if you can’t use it right away, don’t worry!

Gift Cards with a balance under $10 may be cashed out, the maximum guaranteed amount set by California State Law.

2.       Can I transfer my Glen Ivy Gift Card to a friend or family member?
Yes, Glen Ivy Gift Cards are like cash and can be used by anyone in possession of the card.  There is no need to call, just give them the Gift Card and tell them to have fun!  But we urge you to use caution, as Glen Ivy Gift Cards that are lost or stolen can be used by anyone, and would not be eligible for replacement once the balance of the card has been exhausted. PLEASE NOTE: Glen Ivy Instant Gift Certificates are NOT transferable. See question 3.

3.       Can I transfer my Glen Ivy Instant Gift Certificate?
No, Glen Ivy Instant Gift Certificates cannot be transferred.  Only the individual listed in the To: section of the certificate can use the balance, and only with proper legal identification at time of use.

4.       Can I check the balance of my Glen Ivy Gift Card or Instant Gift Certificate online?
Not at this time but please call us at 1-888-GLEN IVY (453-6489) and a Glen Ivy Central Reservations associate will be more than happy to assist you.

5.       I lost my Glen Ivy Gift Card/Instant Gift Certificate; can I get a replacement issued?
Yes.  Glen Ivy Gift Cards and Instant Gift Certificates can be re-issued, but only to the original purchaser of the card with proof of purchase.  We’ll need to speak with the purchaser directly, so if it was a gift, please ask them to call on your behalf.  There will be a shipping fee to mail the card back out to you via FedEx. Location and Date of Purchase will be required to re-issue the card to purchaser.

6.       My Glen Ivy Gift Card was stolen.  If it was used, can Glen Ivy still re-issue the Gift Card?
No. Glen Ivy is not responsible for unauthorized use of Gift Cards; protect your cards, treat them the same as you would cash.  If you believe your card was stolen, contact us right away so we can de-activate the card.

7.       Can I use my Glen Ivy Gift Card to purchase another Gift Card?
No. Glen Ivy Gift Cards can only be used to purchase Glen Ivy Services and Products.  In addition, Glen Ivy cannot split the balance of a gift card onto multiple cards.

8.       Can Glen Ivy endorse or guarantee third-party sales?
No.  Glen Ivy does not endorse or guarantee the sale of any Glen Ivy Gift Card by a third-party such as Ebay or Craigslist, among many others.  We advise against purchasing Gift Cards from any stranger or website and cannot guarantee the legitimacy of any Gift Card other than those issued directly by Glen Ivy.
