Treatment Reservations and Appointments

Do I need to make a reservation?
For treatments we recommend you call 888-GLEN IVY to check availability and make your reservation 3-4 weeks in advance. Admission only to Glen Ivy Hot Springs does not require pre-paid admission or reservations.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Cancellations are accepted up to 5:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled appointment.  Those calling later than 5:00 p.m. or “no-shows” will be charged a cancellation fee.

When do I need to get to the Spa?
The Spa is your place to relax and unwind – feel free to stay all day!  We do ask that you check in 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. You may lose your appointment if you do not check in at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service and as a courtesy to the next scheduled guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of when your service begins.

Is admission to the Spa included in the treatment price?
Admission to the Spa facilities at Glen Ivy Spa, Brea is included in the treatment price.

Admission to Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa is separate from treatment prices.  With admission you’ll receive parking, use of all pools, saunas, steam rooms, Roman Baths, red clay mud bath and Wafa, and lockers.

Do you have an age limit?
Glen Ivy Spas happily welcome guests over the age of 16.

When is the Spa open?
Glen Ivy Spas are open every day with the exception of Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter.

Where is the Spa located?
There are two different Glen Ivy Spa locations:

Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa – 25000 Glen Ivy Road, Corona, CA 92883

Glen Ivy Spa, Brea – 1001 Brea Mall, Brea, CA 92821

Do you offer any group discounts?
If you’d like to arrange a day at any Glen Ivy Spa for a group, please contact our Cabaña & Group Sales Coordinator, Trina Mathison at (951) 277-3529 ext. 1309 or Trina.Mathison@glenivy.com and she will gladly help you plan your day.   The Cabañas on Solé Terrace are great for groups from 2-100 and perfect for casual get togethers with friends, family, and co-workers, and celebrations including birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, anniversaries, or just because!
