New to our spring menu, Executive Chef Bill Wavrin has created delicious, seasonal additions to Café Sole’s menu. Featuring organic, farm-to-table ingredients, and inspiring flavors, the new menu additions are a sure way to take your spa day to the next level.
New menu items include:
Smoked Salmon Tacos
Four corn tortillas filled with house smoked wild salmon, Napa cabbage, guacamole and finished with house-made cilantro crème, ranchera and tomatillo salsa .
Kale and Spinach Three Cheese Quesadilla
Sautéed spinach, kale and bell peppers, stuffed with chipotle salsa, cheddar, Monterey jack and mozzarella cheeses grilled to melted perfection in a whole wheat tortilla. Served with guacamole and chips.
Stone ground oats with a hint of cinnamon and vanilla. Served with seasonal fresh fruit, dried fruit and brown sugar. Served with low-fat organic yogurt and brown sugar.
Yogurt Fruit Parfait with Granola
Low-fat organic yogurt and seasonal fresh fruit topped with granola.
Stuffed French Toast
Raisin bread French toast stuffed with cinnamon and vanilla low-fat cream cheese, walnuts and dried berries topped with strawberries and served with maple syrup.
