    My faviorite way to calm my senses is to go get a body massage and then to the sauna for at least 30 minutes.I have 3 teenagers at home so this is essential to me.

    I draw myself a hot bubble bath, turn off all the lights and light some candles and lay there until all my stress seems insignificant.

    Running, walking, appreciating nature all around…aromatherapy and massage is also a great way to calm my senses, I try to make a budget for that since its essential to our overall health and well being, in addition to meditating. You get good vibes and energy from others.

    I like to draw the blinds to darken the room, light some musky scented candles, turn on some nature sounds (my Sleep Machine app plays the most lovely rain and thunder), and watch the flickering candle flames as I unwind.
