Corona Spa Supervisor – FT
The Spa Supervisor will work to assure the highest quality of skin care, nail and massage services to Glen Ivy Guests. It is the goal of Glen Ivy to exceed the expectations of each guest, as measured through a 70% or better “exceeds expectations” rating on the guest comment survey. Develop and maintain positive employee relations within department. Oversee all aspects of sanitation, room and equipment maintenance in the spa. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Spa, to include working with the Salon Spa Director and Massage Spa Director to assure efficient staffing that is responsive to guest and business needs, back bar inventory, and positive, effective communications with all staff. He or she will work to optimize service room utilization, and to increase to the profitability of both departments.
Valid and current California Cosmetology license or CA State Massage license strongly preferred. Some college strongly preferred. ISPA CSS certification required.
At least 5 years esthetics, massage or nail tech experience and at least 2 years spa or salon leadership experience.
Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
