Chest opener At Your Desk
Midway through the morning is a good time to push away from your computer and stretch the front chest muscles.
- Sit tall in your chair with your feet flat on the floor hip distance apart. Place your hands on the corners of the chair behind you.
- Roll the shoulder blades toward each other and release them down your back.
- Float the front of the chest up and breath into the lower ribcage.
- Gently lift your gaze on a diagonal without dropping the head backwards.
- Breathe in this position for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
