Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa, The Pavilion Increase your energy and strength while promoting health, agility and balance with this low impact, gentle exercise. Often referred to as “Meditation in Motion” because of its graceful appearance, the smooth, flowing movements of Tai Chi and Qi Gong can reduce stress, lower blood pressure and improve mental calm and clarity, regardless of age or physical condition. Craig Steven Phillips has been a devoted student and teacher of the ancient Chinese tradition of Tai Chi and Qi Gong for the past 12 years and will share the timeless wisdom, physical rejuvenation, and practical application of these arts with you each week at Glen Ivy.
Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa, Front Lawn The ancient circular path of the labyrinth is used throughout the world as a metaphor for life’s journey. Often used as meditation and prayer tools in contemporary healing centers such as hospitals, hospices, cathedrals, and universities to promote health and peace across all cultures, we welcome you to walk the Labyrinth on the front lawn. Join us Thursdays at 11 am for a guided walk or enjoy at your leisure during your day at the Spa.Botanical Tour, Monday through Friday at 12 noon

Begins at Tiempo Lounge, 3o-45 minutes Join Glen Ivy’s horticultural specialists for an interactive tour of the Glen Ivy Hot Springs Gardens. The short tour will introduce guests to the globally-inspired gardens and plant collection that are sure to stimulate all of your senses. Learn about the history and origins of the gardens and meet some rare and interesting plants while you get an in-depth look at the forests, alcoves and islands of Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa.Hatha Yoga, Saturdays at 11:00 am & 1:00 pm

Glen Ivy Hot Springs, Rancho Las Uvas Join us for this interactive class and meet the chickens of Glen Ivy! Animal Caretaker Nadga Shelton shows us the important role that the chickens play at Glen Ivy, as well as revealing fun facts about eggs.
Nadga is an avid health advocate for all animals. She studied Animal Science at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and has spent her life surrounded by horses and other animals. Since bringing her love and care for animals to Glen Ivy in 2012, Nadga has been known to treat the Glen Ivy chickens with aloe skin treatments.

Hi Sonia! The Tai Chi class is included in the price of admission so there is no extra charge to participate. The class is offered every Tuesday and Wednesday at 1pm so all you need to do is to meet us on the Front Lawn at that time and you’re all set!
